Behind the Music
Throughout the course of her musical career, Aoife-Louise Doyle has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Born and raised in a small town in Dublin, Ireland, and from being brought up in such a musical family, Aoife was heavily influenced by the folk music of the Irish culture. From her Irish roots, mixed in with her Father's influences ranging from The Beach Boys and The Beatles to Steely Dan and Fleetwood Mac, Aoife's eccentric and diverse tastes creates such unique and complex sounds. Now, as a Mohawk College Graduate from the Jazz/Contemporary Music Program, Aoife writes with the musical knowledge she gained from her Ensemble experiences in R&B, Classic Rock, Jazz and many more. Performing at a variety of venues with Rhythm Express R&B cover band, and her band, Blue Mantra, making dozens of appearances, all the while working and collaborating on new singles and an EP, Aoife-Louise Doyle aims for the admiration and affection of music appreciators everywhere, one gig at a time.
